The car was originally from Portugal and has an Australian galvanised body shell. A full restoration has been carried out, as you can see from the pictures the car is as clean underneath as it is on top! The body has been painted Island blue. A new tonneau cover has been made especially for this vehicle with removable front and rear side doors along with rear window unzipping and opening. The whole tonneau can be removed for summer use, even the roof stays are galvanised for long life. The engine is a 998cc manual engine which has been rebuilt and passed emissions etc and has just had MOT but will need a final tune to ensure perfect running. We have fitted a Playmini stainless steel side exit rear silencer and link pipe along with a Maniflow LCB. Fuelling is through a single 1 1/2 SU carburettor. Performance 5x12 alloy wheels have been fitted with Yokohama A539 165/60/12 tyres. Playmini magnolia central speedometer and auxiliary oil pressure and water temperature gauges fitted along with Corbeau bucket seats with headrests. The car has barley done 65 miles since the rebuild, has just had an MOT and is immaculate. It is dry stored and as such is kept on a SORN so does not have any road tax.
